Needles in Schools Zones

“They” pass needles out in school zones, and they have been doing it for years. Please go mark the year when they started passing out needles more frequently (2019), and then mark the relative decline in grades. I’ll wait…

After 6 years with no positive change, and a pattern that repeats itself getting worse every year, I believe that meets the burden of proof for insanity imo.

School Teachers Celebrate Assassination

Do we really need to explain to educators why educators should not be celebrating violence? Is it possible that some teachers will see the brunt of the hate they are chumming for? Have you seen the school violence stats? It’s erupting more in the classrooms as we speak.

Yes, there are lots of factors, but that is my point. This is more fuel we don’t need on a situation that was already deteriorating, and now you can’t blame it all on the “lockdowns” anymore.

p.s. Should we look at the Chromebook issues that allows children access to adult content via games, apps. msgers, etc, while at school? No? Or, let’s talk about the screen time while givng them screens, or how bad Chromebooks are in general for education? No? Not yet? Ok. Let me know when you’re ready.

p.s. Am I the only one that feels like the teachers have been left out to dry here? What happened to supplies & support? If the admin are failing to support & provide for our teachers, how can we expect good results? Try to make it make sense, it doesn’t add up. Chromebooks are one of many examples of how admin needs to do better. I honestly feel sorry for the teachers who have to deal with the tech issues in class, as a techy I can confirm that it’s more disruptive than you know. 

As a society, we cannot expect good teachers to thrive when they have inadequate equipment to do so, let’s fix that. Chromebooks need to go, time for something new. 

Free Speech or Hate Speech?   …or maybe it’s both?  You decide.

Do you think this kind of statement is considered “politically charged hate speech” that promotes more violence, and thus has no place in/near schools? Or, do you believe this is protected under free speech? Do you wonder if this kind of indifference propagates more hate? Is it possible that a teacher saying things like this might motivate another student to do the same thing? Asking for a friend who once told me “freedom of speech does not mean free of consequences.” 

Administrators Gaslighting Teachers 

We have reason to believe that Central Office Staff and Public School Administrators have been gaslighting the teachers and students who report concerns, as well as directly covering up allegations (OPB St. Helens Aug. 29, 2025). This is not an isolated incident.

We have testimony of teachers being manipulated by administrators, and we are told teachers unions no longer speak for their majority.

Please help us address the seemingly corrupt school boards, admin, and teachers unions issues by speaking up. Please Review admin that have been hiding bad teachers by letting them secretly switch schools.

Kindergarten Fight Club, Where English is a Second Language 

This is not political and we claim no political party affiliation. This is about protecting our children. Personally, I am an Oregon born American with Native American ancestry on my mom’s side, and Hispanic ancestry on both sides of the family, as well as mixed marriages within our family that speaks 6+ languages combined, therefore no discrimination will be tolerated. 

When discussing the fact that some Oregon classrooms are teaching Spanish first, and English second, this is what my family said, “they are trying to keep us in the fields”

How we reached the point of no more, “This is America BABY!”  

Overview

• My son is being bullied, discriminated against, harassed, and assaulted at school, and teachers have been gaslighting 
• English is not the first language taught at Echo Shaw Elementary School. Nearly all lessons and interactions are taught in Spanish first, then repeated in English for everyone else. I have seen it. My son will testify that it’s normal everyday. 
• My son defended himself and beat up the school bully, after which he was paid by another student for defending him and himself.
• Our AI enhanced crawl bots have identified a possible connection to Echo Shaw Elementary and possible corruption. After further review, we have discovered alarming evidence from a speech made by then Echo Shaw Principal at the “Advocacy in Action” dinner that corroborates our claims.

“Nemesis Teacher” Who Ignores S Assault 

My son is being bullied, harassed, targeted, discriminated against, and attacked at Echo Shaw Elementary 1st Grade on a regular basis. The school ignores the altercations, gaslights my son reports, and teachers laugh when boys are hit in the genitalia on the playground, including my son, twice. My son even reported getting attacked and hit in the privates, twice, and nothing has been done. This teacher is only known as the “Nemesis” teacher, because it’s not one of his regulars, we will find out who it is and report them. 

Over 2+ Years of Abuse

The abuse has been ongoing for over 2 years, and most of the positive change seen have been the result of my son and I talking through the bullying, and discussing peaceful solutions with him about how to handle it without violence. Now, he’s made 4 friends with previous individuals, indicating that my son is not the issue. My son is a great kid who speaks 4 languages (2 fluent +2 partials), reads, writes, and he even built this website. Yes, Daddy supplied this text you’re reading while he made the AI images, laughing so hard, and embedding videos after our “gaslighting” spelling word practice, but yeah, he made this site. 

Kindergarten Fight Club

If the teacher does see the altercation, my son is then targeted by the administration after being targeted by the bullies, and he is the one sent to the office. However, school admin are so delusional they even gave him a prize after defending himself against the three attackers. Not joking, one of my son’s favorite plane toys was a Kindergarten Fight Club Trophy. That was the day the teachers decided to hold him after school without my permission with no call, and instead call “non-bio BF” during my parenting time when they knew better, thus violating court order and committing direct parental alienation by violating my rights. His teacher laughed when I had a problem with it, and shrugged it off like it was normal.

On 10-13-2025 I picked my son up from school and was notified by the admin that he was being targeted by other students in his class, attacked, and bullied. They informed me that they took action (finally), and moved my son to another class. Thank you, truly. My son reports that he is much happier in the new class, and also reports that the new teacher  “speaks more English” which he also likes a lot more. 

On 10-11-2025 our AI enhanced crawl bots identified a possible connection to corruption, and it was flagged as a possible concern. After further review, we have discovered alarming evidence from a speech made at the “Advocacy in Action” dinner on October 10, 2019, wherein, an Oregon School Principal admitted they have no clue what they’re doing, “What we quickly learned was that we had the entire idea of what “school readiness” really entails all wrong!” 

Dr. Perla Rodriguez opens her speech by declaring Echo Shaw to be a “dual language school” and that they’re using “Federal” Funds to do it. 

She then continues, showing what I believe to be clear signs of bias and discrimination, stating that, “We learned that he wasn’t a spoiled little boy” …sounds like her pre-conceived notion of reality was wrong, again. 

Why are they experimenting on our children like this? What happened to just teaching kids the basics? How many times can a Principal not know how to do their job before we decide to make a change? Does the child in the back look spoiled to you? Or, maybe he’s just confused. Maybe, he doesn’t understand what they are saying in Spanish because he speaks English as his first language.

On 9-29-2025 I picked up my son from school and he immediately gave me a quarter that another 1st grade student had paid him for beating up the school bully. He showed me what it said and pointed to the writing, “they called me a warrior Daddy, I beat em up, he attacked me and I defended myself, the other kids gave me this!” with pure pride from ear to ear. I am both equally the proudest father in the world that my son stood up for himself and other kids like a true American, and this is the most horrifying circumstance to deal with. My 6 year old son is now getting paid by other 1st grade students at Echo Shaw Elementary School for beating the bully while the teachers look the other way, or laugh while attacks happen right in front of them. My son is 6 years old, he should not have to protect himself at all times like the UFC when he goes to school, but that is what is happening in Oregon schools.

On 9-3-2025 I witnessed my son’s teacher speaking Spanish First, and English second. My son also reports that Spanish is the first language taught in school, and English is repeated after the lesson is first given in Spanish. We have now entered the 3rd year of this practice (PreK, K, now 1st). They do it line by line. Spanish first, English second. Just ask my son, he is ready to testify to that fact. He is done being discriminated against.

My son also reports he has been harassed in the school bathroom,  wherein another student climbed over the bathroom stall and started hararrasing him while exposed using the toilet. This was reported to the admin, who in turn gaslighted his concerns.

In addition, all of the calls I receive from the school regarding events are in Spanish.

This is a violation of my rights, and my son’s rights.  

Retaliation and Revictimization 

When someone speaks up against the schools, there is almost always retaliation. In my case, they have already reported me to child services, more than once, and I will not tolerate the continued abuse and weaponization of the system. People are ending themselves because of this kind of retaliation by schools, and it needs to stop. Read these if you don’t believe me:

Parents Aren’t Crazy,  The System Has Been Weaponized

No, we are not crazy as proven in a court of law when falsely accused and attacked by CPS in court, wherein I had called for help against the abuse my son was suffering, and they in turn lied under oath, and I was forced to play the recording of their lies and threats in court to prove myself. I was then falsely accused by court employees who work in the same mail room that did not notify the courts as per law that my notice was not delivered after a deliberate violation by opposing parties who did not enter my address correctly on purpose in order to raid my house. In fact, they are all still good friends outside of court to this very day years later, just ask my son. It was a direct interference with the court of law in an attempt to silence me and take my son from me. I have all the evidence of these crimes against my son and I committed by officials and administrators.

Corrupt Courts in Oregon 

No, we are not crazy as proven by a court of law twice over, and no, I am not going to end myself, let that be known. We the people are fed up. My son is fed up. I am fed up. Every parent I’ve talked to has a horror story, and they are fed up! Multiple parents said their schools teach Spanish first, too, and they are fed up.

You are seeing the breaking point at which the good fathers of America must step up to protect our own children from bad actors within, and we will do so. No more “Board” meetings and townhalls where you ignore the people’s vote. I’ve seen them, and I will not meet you on that field. Welcome to the digital realm, where it gets deeper everyday.

PLEASE NOTE: My son would like help to identify and prosecute the playground teacher known to the students only as the “Nemesis” teacher, who ignores alleged assault on my son and others (multiple hits to the balls, more than one altercation ignored/gaslighted and even laughed at), please identify and prosecute, my son will testify. The school also just moved my son to a new class after the latest attack last week, and that’s good because “she speaks more English” according to my son, but it’s been two years of this, and every year so far (PreK, K, and now 1st grade) they have led with Spanish first the entire time, so intervention of some kind is necessary. 

My son is not asking for any recourse against his teachers. He does request that his last three teachers go through an Anti-Discrimination Refresher Course. It is fair to say that teaching Spanish first, over English, is in fact discrimination against my son. He is aware of his rights, and agrees these to be fair and balanced requests. Please do not take further action towards his teachers, only the “Nemesis” teacher on the playground, and counselor for gaslighting my son via failure to report. These are my son’s requests, and I believe them to be fair, balanced, and based in common sense. 

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 – prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs receiving federal funds.

Equal Educational Opportunities Act of 1974 (EEOA) – requires schools to take appropriate action to overcome language barriers, not create them.

First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution – protecting freedom from compelled speech and guaranteeing equal protection under the law.

Unsustainable Model

The “Education System” as a business model is broken. New teachers are paid next to nothing, while some with 10 year and many ruling on high from Central Office are paid more for lesser work.

Great new teachers are “cherry-picked” to other industries that pay more, and many more reach burnout from Admin forcing new rules and useless changes without ever visiting the classrooms. It’s bonkers! If schools were a real business they would fail, fast, just like the students they produce lately.

The situation needs to change.

We stand with teacher willing to make drastically positive changes to better teach and protect our children. 

If the Federal Government agrees to do so, we believe it will drastically motivate teachers like never before, while also giving them somewhat closer to a livable wage. Our future is worth it, and scrubbing a couple six figure bloat positions per district would go a long way to paying teachers more. Let’s figure out how to do that, and let’s make it Tax Free from the Federal Government for those who adopt common sense teaching solutions that work. Simple.
